Photos & Marketing

We only get one chance to make a great first impression. So photography is EVERYTHING when it comes to listing your home. We work with our team of professional photographers and videographers to ensure we have beautiful imagery to create a completely digital and print marketing package.



Our team will work with you and your management team if necessary to coordinate Open Houses, virtual tours, and private showings. Our goal is to get as much exposure for your home as possible, so our team is committed to making the showing process hassle-free.


Gathering Feedback

We make it a priority to connect with each agent who tours the home and gather feedback. Each week, we share that with you, along with information about how many showings we have had and how many people are interacting with the listing online.


Offers & Negotiation

We’ll work with you to evaluate each offer, explain the terms and help you understand the real value of each contract. Together, we’ll determine our negotiation strategy with the goal of getting you the best price and best terms for your home.


Contingency Period

If the buyer has a financing contingency, our team will work with their agent to track the loan progress and ensure a timely approval. If they have an inspection contingency, we’ll work with their agent to review the inspection report and evaluate any repair requests.



We will work with the title company to make arrangements for you to close at their local office, or remotely from your home or office. Our commitment to being your local resource doesn’t end on closing day.
