Things to Do in WaterColor
WaterColor amenities take full advantage of our natural surroundings with an award-winning Beach Club, over a dozen parks and green areas, including an outdoor amphitheater for cultural events, wooded trails, and access to the Boat House with paddleboards, kayaks, canoes, bikes, bike trailers and more. Unlike Watersound whose beach club is private, all homeowners and guests enjoy the amenities in Watercolor, no membership needed. The community has a state-of-the-art Tennis and fitness center, a Town Center with shops and restaurants.
Some days you just need to lay by the pool with a refreshing drink and a good book. Pick one - Watercolor has seven! The Beach Club is a great place to relax in luxury. Grab a bite to eat in the club’s restaurant or enjoy the sunset while floating in the pool. Camp WaterColor offers a place for more energized play and is a prime place to spend the afternoon with the kids. Children love it here. As you walk up, eyes will pop out, and jaws will drop. Camp Watercolor has zero-entry pools with lifeguards on duty plus a lazy river and monarch slide. With a canteen featuring food and drinks plus a playground and basketball court, it’s easy to spend the whole day here.
WaterColor Restaurants & Shopping
The walkability of Watercolor is one of its most attractive traits. Dining and shopping choices are aplenty.
Breakfast & Brunch: The Gathering Spot inside the WaterColor Inn serves all your breakfast favorites. Scratch Breakfast biscuits are worth the calories. Perfect Pig has 3 locations, and one is convenienntly located in WaterColor Crossings.
Lunch: Whether you are lounging by the pool at the Beach Club or watching the kids play at Camp WaterColor, both have tasty, family-friendly lunch options. The Wine Bar has wraps and pizza on their lunch menu, if you need a break from shopping.
Supper & Snacks: Watching the sunset with a specialty cocktail on the balcony at FOOW is nothing short of delightful. Enjoy a girl’s night out or date night with friends at The Wine Bar. We highly recommend a gourmet cheese plate while you peruse their incredible wine selection.
Ready for retail? Indigo is our favorite locally owned and delightfully curated clothing shop. The friendly staff is always ready to help you look your best at the beach!
