Parades 

Come join in the fun for the annual July 4th parade in the wonderful and funky town of Grayton Beach. Line up on Hotz Avenue next to The Red Bar starts at 8 a.m. with the parade starting at 8:30 a.m. Decorate your cars, jeeps, boats, bikes, scooters, etc. No registration needed and everyone is welcome! After the parade meet up at Grayton Coast Properties for popsicles, watermelon, and lemonade.

Fireworks 

Seaside with host Pops Concert at 6:30PM by Sinfonia Gulf Coast as the sun sets into the Gulf. At 8:30PM, the largest fireworks show on the Gulf Coast takes place over the water.

Come out and celebrate the 4th with Alys Beach! The Bay Kings Band will be performing from 6-9PM in the Amphitheatre with fireworks to follow, weather permitting.

Rosemary Beach’s star-spangled fireworks display is at 8:45 PM!

Join The Village of Baytowne Wharf this 4th of July for their spectacular Red, White, and Baytowne celebration! Enjoy LIVE music from the TRIPPP on the Events Plaza Stage from 7:00-9:15PM, followed by a fireworks display that will light up the night sky at 9:15PM. The Village of Baytowne Wharf will also host kid’s activities including kid’s crafts, face painting, and balloon sculpting.

Don’t miss the boat on the ultimate 4th of July celebration in Destin on the water as you cruise into the sunset, enjoy coastal cuisines, dance to live music, and end the night with a spectacular fireworks show. The 125’ SOLARIS yacht features three decks of fun including the open-air Sky Deck.

All Day Events

The Blue Mountain Bakery is celebrating two years of operation with a block party at 5PM. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy live bluegrass music from Longleaf Drive. The bakery will be open for dinner and dessert. BBQ brisket and shrimp boil plates will also be available. Pre-orders are encouraged for larger parties. All proceeds will benefit a Blue Mountain Bakery employee’s grandchild recently diagnosed with leukemia.

The biggest celebration of the year in Seaside, Florida! A favorite among locals and visitors alike – the day is filled with patriotic spirit, music, and fun! Block Party begins at 9AM  and continues throughout the morning, with live music by a roaming brass band throughout the day.

Start bright and early with Rosemary Beach’s Bike Decorating Contest & Breakfast at 7:30AM followed by the bike parade at 8:30AM and block party, where the winners of the bike decorating contest will be announced.  We will have special sweet treats from our friends at Kona Ice as well as face painting, airbrush tattoos, balloons, colored hair spray, and more!  In partnership with the Rosemary Beach Foundation, we will be distributing bike decorating kits for a suggested donation of $5 in advance of the event.

As the Fourth of July approaches, we kindly urge you to remember to stock up on medications for your pets before the fireworks begin. The loud noises and bright lights can cause extreme stress and anxiety in animals, leading to potential harm or escape. By preparing in advance and consulting with your veterinarian about appropriate calming medications, you can help keep your furry friends safe and comfortable during this festive but potentially distressing time.

Can you foster an Alaqua pet during this time? While some aren’t affected in the slightest, around 45% of dogs have a firework phobia, something that is becoming an increasingly serious welfare concern.
